Shipping Policy


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via Canada Post. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.


All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier.

Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process after your payment is authorized and verified.


The estimated timelines for processing, transit, and final delivery depend on the product and destination country. Please note that orders to all destinations may take 5-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your shipping is free and this info is displayed at the point of checkout.


Due to the Covid-19 global pandemic, international items may be subject to delays or restrictions. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections) and/or changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures). There is significant impact on our ability to maintain all our usual service levels.

In addition, many of our delivery partners have adapted their delivery processes in light of the current challenges. As such, the requirement for a recipient signature upon receipt of parcels and registered mail with personal delivery is currently being waived in many areas (contact-less delivery). Instead, successful delivery is being documented via alternative processes (e.g. deliverer signature etc.). If the recipient objects to this new procedure, items are brought to a Paketshop for collection or returned to sender.

We will continue offering our services, receiving and delivering parcels for our customers but there may be disruptions to some services under current conditions.

The World Health Organization has advised that people receiving parcels are not put at any additional risk of contacting coronovirus (Covid-19).

Whilst there are challenges with logistics and transportation, we anticipate up to 30 days fulfillment time. We continue to explore all options and channels to ensure on-time shipments to our customers.
